Annual Meeting Information
Join us for this year's Drive-Through Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 11th from 3:00-6:00 pm at the KREMC facility in Warsaw. This is your chance to vote in our Board of Directors Election and help choose the leaders that will guide our electric cooperative forward.
Bring your ballot which was mailed to you when you come through our Warsaw facility. We will have extra ballots available if you forget yours. Here, you will receive a $10 bill credit, a special gift, a free meal and bottled water without ever having to leave your vehicle.
NEW THIS YEAR - ONLINE VOTING
Members will have the option to vote online from May 26th-June 9th. This way, our members can make their voice heard no matter their schedule restrictions or other responsibilities. The mailed ballot will have QR code to scan for online voting. Members can also access online voting here when it opens. Members will log in to the online voting platform using their member number, which can be found on their ballot, and their zip code.
Please note members who vote online are welcome to attend the Drive-Through Meeting for a $10 bill credit, free meal, and gift, but they cannot vote a second time.
This year's Annual Meeting Broadcast Video will air on Thursday, June 4th at 7:00 pm on KREMC's YouTube Channel. Watch it and complete a short quiz to be entered to win a $100 bill credit, a $50 Amazon gift card, a $25 Marathon gift card, or a $10 Starbucks gift card.
Online quiz entries will be accepted through 5pm the day of the drive-through portion of our Annual Meeting, which is June 11th. Winners will be announced via our social media channels the following day, June 12th, and will be contacted directly by phone.
