Camp Kilowatt
Camp Kilowatt is a fun and unique camp experience for sixth-grade students going into seventh grade across Indiana. In 2023, camp takes place June 7-10 at Camp Tecumseh in Brookston, Indiana. Kids get the chance to learn more about energy while making new friends and enjoying fun activities and games.

Youth Tour to the Capital
During the month of June, Indiana’s electric cooperatives sponsor a group of students going into their senior year of high school to go on a life-changing educational adventure to Washington, D.C. This year, the youth tour trip will take place June 11-18.
Highlights of this seven-day trip include visits to historical monuments and museums, meetings on Capitol Hill with Indiana’s congressional delegation, the opportunity to make lifelong friends, and much more.
The 2023 Youth Tour trip's expenses are paid for students selected to participate.

Cooperative Calendar of Student Art Contest
Indiana Electric Cooperatives’ Calendar Art Contest is open to all K-12 students who want to create an illustration for the cooperative annual wall calendar. A first-place artist will be selected for each grade, and the winners will receive a $200 prize. In addition, the artwork for each grade division winner will illustrate the cover and all 12 months of the calendar.
Submissions for the 2024 calendar are open, and the entry deadline is March 24, 2023.
Education Scholarship
Kosciusko REMC is thrilled to offer the John H. Anglin Scholarship to financially assist members in their pursuit of higher education. Each year, 10 winning students receive a $1,000 scholarship for the upcoming year’s classes at the higher-learning institution of their choice.
Applications are due to KREMC by no later than May 1, 2023.
