Kosciusko REMC Announces Board of Directors Election Results

Warsaw, Ind. (June 16th, 2026) – Kosciusko REMC (KREMC) held its Drive-Through Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 11^th at the KREMC facility in Warsaw. This event provides members with the opportunity to vote in the board of directors’ election, receive a $10 bill credit, a free meal, and a special gift. For the first time this year, an online voting option was offered to members as well. In the board of directors’ election, there were three seats up for election. Incumbent candidates John Hand, Pam Messmore, and Loretta Schafer all retained their seats this year.

“This event is the biggest opportunity we have to engage with our members and show them our appreciation every year. Whether our members engaged with us by attending the Drive-Through Annual Meeting, voting online, or watching the Annual Meeting Broadcast video, our goal was to show our gratitude for our members and our community, along with how we are actively investing in them,” said Tim Landrigan, President & CEO of KREMC & Connect.

This year, 2,181 votes were cast and an estimated crowd of 3,226 showed up for the drive-through event. The Annual Meeting Broadcast video was also published on YouTube the week before the Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 4^th and gained 1,145 views in total.

“Annual Meeting Day is always my favorite workday of the year because I love seeing the smiles on the faces of both employees and members. Creating such a successful event takes all of us – our board, board nominees, volunteers, and employees – working together to serve our members,” said Stephanie Scott, KREMC Vice President of Member Service.

Kosciusko REMC employees, board members, and volunteers work to put the Annual Meeting together every year to serve the KREMC membership and look forward to another great year together.
