Budget Billing

- Budget billing offers a consistent monthly bill based on your previous usage.
- Existing members only: a membership history of 12 months is preferred.
- Your bill must be current (paid in full at the time of sign-up).
- We review the bill and send a settle up bill every 12 months.

Landlord Agreement Form
This is a form for landlords to request that a service automatically be transferred back into their name when a tenant takes power out of their name.
Form ST200
This form must be filed with the state for tax-exempt status. Once this form is filed with the state, they will approve/deny tax-exempt status, and if approved, they will mail a Form ST109, which is to be turned into the cooperative by the member.
Medical Priority Information Form
This form is given to a member’s doctor to fill out when it is medically necessary that they need equipment to live that requires power. We do require a battery backup in the event of an extended outage; however, once a medical professional completes and signs this form, we tag the meter/account as “medical priority”.
